Friendly staff, clean and remodeled suite. We enjoyed happy hour with free drinks and snacks. The pool was a bit shabby and the courtyard was clean and friendly. We enjoyed spending time in the room and overall experience was pleasant.

When they say Embassy suites, they mean suites. You practically feel like this is your home away from home. Very comfortable with no complaints. Pillows and beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Will definitely be back.

Overall, pretty nice. Big hotel under construction next door(not embassy suites). Lots of recent updates/upgrades--i.e. furnishings, carpet, paint, counters. Still underway. Great breakfast choices--check the omlet bar, anything you want--immediately. Very fast elevators (only 3 stories, but fast response)

I was disappointed with the poor customer service. When one cannot have a working phone, ice, or internet at a national hotel chain in this day and age, one must be disappointed or one must be in a third world country.

Not enough characters...horrible room and customer service. Staff didn't even have uniforms. Room service delivered by maintenance guy in jeans. Cold room service everytime. Felt like my family was trapped because it was prepaid. Jack hammers heard from maintenance from 9a-5p. Horrible, just horrible
