This is a very nicely appointed, well-maintained hotel with a helpful, efficient staff. It's directly across the street from the Gaylord Conference Center and is within walking distance of quite a few good restaurants. Both Residence Inn and Gaylord convention centre are now Marriott properties. However, if you want the cozy comfort of Residence Inn vs. a larger resort across the street, this is still a better deal. The staff was courteous, and attentive, partly due to losing business to the street across.
