Nothing remarkable or outstanding about this property -- it was clean, and staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. Cab from the airport was about 30 bucks although it seemed very close to the light rail as well. Location is decent -- but GPS messed up directions a bit, so be prepared to circle around a couple times looking for... More

Dear Andrew and Kate, Thank you for your review. I hope you try us again on your return to Salt Lake City. For airport transportation services we recommend a local transportation company (Haroon) via our website that offers our guests a 50% discounted fare from normal taxi cab prices. The light rail stop is directly behind the hotel on Main... More

The Hilton was clean and suitable, but not compelling to choose over other options. It could use some updating. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The steakhouse was very good, but the wait at the breakfast restaurant was very long. As a business traveler it served my needs.

Dear Robert L, Thank you for your review. I appreciate the feedback in regard to Spencer's our award winning steakhouse as well as Trofi our breakfast restaurant. We understand the importance of a quality and quickness as breakfast requirement for our business guests, so we'll activate a plan to reduce the wait time in Trofi. This is a nice hotel to stay in if you like a central location, good value for money and a good rest! We stayed for two nights and were happy to have done so! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We took the City Creek package that included free valet parking, a gift voucher for the mall and free... More

Dear PaulArts, Thank you for your review. I am glad that the City Creek Package worked well for you. It's our most popular weekend getaway package, and with City Creek a few blocks away, it a great way to spend a day in Salt Lake. For future reference, remember us for concerts at Galivan Center or the Farmer's Market on... More

We got a good deal on a pretty large room with two queen beds for a Friday and a Saturday night. Be aware that they charge you extra for parking (self-parking and valet), breakfast and internet; what we got was the "weekend get-away package" (if I recall the name correctly) which bundles up the three and makes for a decent... The Hilton Salt Lake City Center is well kept and nicely furnished. The rooms are fairly standard. There are many nice places to eat nearby and the hotel itself is centrally located. The service was appropriate and good, but not above what I expected. I would stay here again as it was well worth the money spent.

Very safe area within short walk to all major attractions. Hotel restaurant is top notch steak house-pricey but with some cheaper options. Decor reflects the environment. Very comfortable sleep. Staff were extremely cordial and attentive. Meeting was well supported. Within 20 minutes of airport. The lobby was attractive but did not inspire hanging about there.

Dear r s, Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you slept well and enjoyed Spencer's. Helpful hint, we offer comfortable seating on the second floor and many of our guests use this space for relaxing, reading and checking email, etc. when the conference activity of the day is over. The Starbucks area also has seating inside as well... More

Nice clean hotel in down town that is centrally located, has a great steak house attached but you can walk to probably 10 different restaurants in the area. The arena is close by, the rooms are clean and the staff was very friendly. About 30 minutes or so to the ski area's but the price compared to staying on the... More

We just returned from hosting two back to back conferences at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center and as an organization with 25 years of experience putting on conferences for attendees across the US, this hotel and staff were fabulous! I stayed for 4 nights for the ParaEducator conference in April. The hotel is very clean, the staff - nice/helpful. Some trouble with our TV, but called to front desk about it and someone came to our room within 10 mins. Had a glass of wine at the restaurant onsite - expensive, but a very nice glass of wine. Tons... More
