Found the service at reception to be random. Was grateful that we could put our bags somewhere as we were early for check in. But after arriving back at the motel later that night we had to pay for our rooms before we were allowed our bags, key for room. Very odd.

Very clean, everything you could need , small kitchen but adequate, the bed was ti due for so comfortable could have stayed in it all day. Would have liked a draw as I like to unpack when away even for a couple of days.

Chosen because we needed to stay somewhere between the Far North and Auckland City. Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay with a family. Pleasant, welcoming hosts. Consider buying tea from pizza shop down the road. Countdown nice and close.
