When we arrived at Auckland airport after a 30 hour trip, Gloria was there to drive us to the lodge with our own rental car! After a one hour save and very informative drive we arrived at this beautiful house were Geoff helped... More

We spent our 25th Wedding anniversary at Waimana staying 2 nights. We wish we could have extended it as the place was lovely with beautiful views across the point. Gloria and Geoff made sure everything was picture perfect and are truly wonderful hosts. Although they do not cater for meals don't let this put you off staying there, as you... More

My partner and I stayed at the lodge over the Easter break and were really impressed with the location and service. The hosts are really genuine and will do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. Highlights would include the panoramic views and having a complimentary wine in the outdoor baths whilst watching the sun go down. If your... More

Stayed 1-night as half-way point between Auckland and Bay of Islands. It is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. Wonderful rooms, excellent hosts. Cannot be faulted. For a quiet setting in an amazing location looking out to the bay, highly recommended.

Waimana Point Lodge offers the intimate hospitality of a B&B with the privacy of a self contained suite. The four suites all include cooking facilities though if you plan to cook I suggest you provision before driving out to the Lodge rather than driving back to Warkworth, the nearest town. The Lodge is in a tranquil rural setting with views... More
