We cannot say enough about the Kea Lani. What a beautiful hotel. The service was incredible at every level. The grounds were so pristine and you could tell that the staff were so proud. We will definitely be returning.....hopefully sooner rather than later. More

The only negative I can share about the Fairmont Kea Lani is having to leave. Fantastic service, beautful views in a spacious all suite property. I can't think of one complaint. We were there while renovation is going on but knew that ahead of time so the occasional sounds of construction were not annoying. Loved having so much room, it... More

This was our first stay at this resort, but it won't be our last! As other reviewers have noted, the public areas are sensational, as are the rooms. The location on Wailea is superb, and is a welcome change from the high-rise chaos of Kaanipali. We were fortunate to stay in a 2 bedroom villa right by the beach, with... More

We initially chose the resort for its beautiful and spacious pool area. The grounds around the free-form main pool look down a gentle slope to a spectacular beach -- a memorable sight. Even when the hotel was full, there were always plenty of lounge chairs. The adult pool really meant it. Half the people there seemed absorbed in their Kindles... More

We were departing Maui when our flight was first delayed and then (after making us wait at the airport 12 hours) cancelled for mechanical failure. At 5:00 am (after a night of uncomfortable chairs, no food, crying babies and angry adults who had missed connections) we were loaded into shuttles and sent to places unknown to rest until the next... I've stayed in ALOT of hotels and I had huge expectations for The Fairmont being that it's a 41/2-5 star hotel and for the price we paid. However, I was extremely disappointed not in the service but the rooms. We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. The first 2 days we found bugs in our room. NOT one,... More

This is a beautiful hotel, and beautiful location. My husband and I got married in Maui on 9/10/11. We decided to stay at the Fairmont. It was a fair price, good ratings and the pictures on their website looked captivating. It's in Waleia which is so beautiful. We were right next door to the Grand Waliea and the Four Seasons,... The rooms at the Fairmont are huge, though the decorating could use an update. The bathrooms are very well-appointed and include a separate stand-up shower and soaking bath. The large entryway include a giant wet-bar, microwave, and mini-fridge. We had a top-floor suite with amazing views of the water and the sunset. Though we were back from the water we... More

We stayed at this hotel in January 2012. Rooms were spacious; two rooms, and clean. The bathroom is quite large and the walk-in shower was nice. My husband and I just kept feeling like it is a nice hotel, but not as luxurious as other Fairmont's (in fact the most disappointing). The other's we have stayed at are in Seattle,... More

This was our second stay at the Kea Lani. We liked it the first time- liked it even better the second time. Perfect room accommodation for parents traveling with kids no matter their ages. Rooms include large bedroom, bathroom and outer sitting room. The pool area is spacious. The views from this hotel are magnificent- particularly the sunsets. The beach... More
