We visited this property along with a group of travelers with Road Scholar's People-to-People program. It is comfortable, clean, convenient--and the view is spectacular. A very nice property. Delightful musicians in the bar, too!

Beds hard, sheets and bedcovers low quality. Clean and functional. Tile floors. Decent views of the sea from most (all?) rooms. Breakfast is fairly typical 3 star hotel buffet. However, this is touted as Cienfuego's best, so....lovely moorish style building next door houses an OK restaurant and a rooftop bar with lovely views.
