They call themselfes a "Boutique Hotel" and charge accordingly. Well, I would give them 2 stars the most. Room is awful with a view to the back junk-yard, but plenty of roaches. Narrow stairs and no elevator. Breakfast is so bad, that we gave up and went to a cafe. STAY AWAY !!!!
