Lovely old Grade II Cornish farmhouse close to beaches, pubs and St Mawes. Lovely smiling welcome, super staff, brilliant breakfast, nothing too much trouble. The whole family regards it as home from home after staying several times. Try it!

Stayed over New Year and couldn't fault our stay in any way. The room was clean and well equipped. We asked for recommendations for eating out and were directed to St Mawes which is around 5 miles away. Try the Rising Sun pub. Lovely food and reasonably priced. Basic clean bed-and-breakfast styled from a bygone era which was really overpriced in my opinion yes it meets the basic criteria for a four stadoubt it doesn't have a touch of home, it feels rough around the edges and breakfast is only between 830 and 9 all in all I rather not have stayed especially as nowhere to eat nearby...
