Outstanding hotel. From the minute I approached the hotel the service was impeccable. It's the little things, but while checking in, the front desk clerk took a phone call and someone else finished my check-in. For me it wasn't a big deal, but shortly after I got to my room he called back and apologized for the interruption, got my... More

I just returned from a stay at this hotel and have only compliments. Clean, modern, up-to-date etc. Very happy with the rooms, staff, cleanliness and restaurant. The neighborhood was very nice not a huge selection of restaurants but enough. I normally stay at the Marriott Marquis but will choose the Renaissance on my next visit. More

Spacious room, comfortable bed and helpful staff. I did not try the breakfast as I was attending a company event, but the food we ate there was delicious. I had a problem with my shower which was fixed after a couple of calls to the front desk. That would be my only 'but'. More

I visited this beautiful new hotel during the Martin Luther King Holiday weekend. The customer service at this hotel should set the standard for the industry. I regret not asking to meet the manager who obviously runs a tight ship. Everyone was on point from the valet to the registration desk staff. The lobby is stylishly decorated, including a beautiful... More

This is a stylish hotel is well arranged with a good value restaurant. But the staff promised twice to deliver a FedEx box for shipping. It never arrived and I walked a block to get one myself. The hotel staff were almost indifferent about the lapse. Other service was typical Marriott. More

Thanks for your comments about the "slick decor" and the value that you received in the restaurant and thanks for taking the time to share your comments. It is clearly unacceptable that the staff failed to fulfill a simple request and that they were indifferent in attitude. We pride ourselves on delivering expectional service and we failed to do that... More

Good evening--I am so sorry that you felt that we did not have a good location. We hear many positive comments regarding just that--but that it is from a positive perspective. Close to bars/restaurants, MARTA, grocery stores and drug stores and close to GA Tech. I do hope you come back and try us again--but in any case, thank you... More

When we first arrived, there was an half-drank bottle of champagne and glasses with lipstick on them. The staff immediately took care of the situation, upgraded us to a nicer room and sent us a complementary (and unopened) bottle of Champagne. The view of the city was beautiful. Had a great stay. Restaurant was better than expected but not stellar. More

The hotel was well located on the Georgia Tech campus. Only one block from the convention center. The hotel and rooms were very nice. I liked the fact they had a nice LCD TV in the room and an iHome. Was nice for charging my iPhone. The rooms had WiFi but it cost about $10 a day. I did not... More

my stay was short due to be in town for the Chick FilA bowl game but the hotel we stayed at was a real treat. I liked the modernized lobby and thought it was nice to have a complimentary wine hour each afternoon. There is a very upscale restraunt on the first floor, We did not eat there though. The... More

Good afternoon and thank you for posting your comments about the hotel--both the positive ones and the opportunities you experienced. We will check into the noise you experienced from your room--this is atypical feedback, but certainly worth looking into. With regard to the parking/valet experience; while I appreciate that you found the staff to be professional, it is certainly also... More

This hotel nicely straddles the line between corporate and boutique hotel. It is relatively new and the rooms are nice. It was originally operated by Kimpton but is now a Marriott property. My room had maybe the nicest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel..large walk-in shower as well as a separate tub. The room was nicely appointed and... More
