Our room was dirty the shower cord was black with mold and the hotel was nothing like the pictures, garden very run down. Food wasn't great and they had no english menu. Staff not very helpful. The pool arear was lovely and the place itself was a nice part of italy

Hotel was easy to find and the staff were very pleasant. No pool available and the restaurant was closed for both nights we were there. Resulting on us going on a wild goose chase across town - a 20-25 minute walk as apposed to the 10 that was suggested - to find somewhere to eat. No breakfast was available either... More

This was our second stay at this hotel, lovely quiete area, bus stop right outside hotel to Venice, short walk to shops and restaurants and coffe shops, lovely staff, vey helpful and polite, rooms very clean . Will stay here again.
