Homey, warm, comfortable, quiet and historic (at one time was an Episcopal Church). Eric hosts quite a place right across from a Whole Foods Market. Safe neighborhood, convenient to the T and a great walk to Harvard - even on a snowy night. Free wifi and breakfast are first class.

Stayed at Prospect Place in October as part of our anniversary vacation. Location is great and just a short walk from Boston's Red Line Central Station. Rooms were comfortable, hospality was great, and the breakfast was perfect. A great location to explore Boston, Harvard, and beyond. If we can book a room at Prospect, we won't stay anywhere else!

The innkeeper is so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice and the rooms were delightful! There's a Whole Foods right across the street and the metro is only a few blocks away. Close to good restaurants and easy metro access to Boston. Definitely recommend this b&b!
