“Our stay in Springfield Il”

Our stay at the Comfort Suites was very nice. The rooms were large and very clean. The front desk manager and staff were very nice and very informative. The fitness center that I used was also very clean and was pleasant to use. The same goes for the pool area.

We stayed here last week and highly recommend it! Our family of 6 had plenty of room in the queen suite. The pool was nice and the breakfast was fantastic! I was surprised at how quiet our room was. Spent 1 night here passing through town. This is an older property that has probably seen some remodeling within the last couple of years. “Clean, Comfortable, and Very Friendly”

I stay at this hotel each time I'm in town. The front desk staff is always very friendly. They thank me for being a Diamond Member in their program. The rooms are always clean and their location is close enough to many restaurants, shopping and historical areas. I will be back.

“Good place to stay in Springfield, Il.”

This is our 3rd stay at Comfort Suites in Springfield, Il. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always very clean. The breakfast is great. Once again very pleased with everything this hotel has to offer. Will stay there again when we return to Springfield.

“Very clean quite place to stay”

I was in town for business and stayed 4 weeks at this hotel. I very much enjoyed how clean the room and the linens were, my only complaint on cleanliness is the bathroom, it was clean except for the jets in the tub. From check in to check out, the stay was wonderful. We were greated with two bottles of water and candy treats for the kids at check in. The room was clean and well appointed. “Fun Time for a 10 Year Old's Birthday”

I took my granddaughter and 3 of her friends for an overnight birthday party. Plenty of room (with a separate pull-out couch for Grandma to sleep on!). The pool was great! “Average Place To Stay ~ Not Impressed”

Our stay here was just average ~ nothing to write home about. Housekeeping needs to be improved, especially in the bathroom facilities. Breakfast typical Comfort suites entrees. Would we stay here again ~ I doubt it.
