Initial King bedroom had a bad HVAC that sounded like a coffee grinder. Contacted the Front Desk and they immediately moved us down the hall to a "working HVAC room". Enjoyed standard King Bedroom. There are a lot of good things about this Hampton property, but also some things that could use some work. The location is easily accessible, although the industrial smokestacks across the highway are a turn-off. Our room was spacious, but with only one chair at the desk it was sometimes tough to get completely comfortable without laying on the bed.... More

This hotel has been refurbished in the last few years with most Hamptons, but is already showing wear. The upholstery in the room is all stained and a sticky substance is on the side of the desk. The tv reception was poor and fuzzy and there were no newspapers available. In short, it just felt like they weren't trying.

Nice location. Stayed at this location lots of times, overall its pretty good. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. Rates are always very reasonable. Hotel is maintained pretty well. front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

Check in was smooth although my Diamond Amenities were not provided nor was my Diamond Status even acknowledged. I stayed at the hotel last week Thursday 5/2 for business. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the lobby, corridors and rooms were. On top of that, they were having a spring cookout for guests.
