I recently booked two nights at this hotel. It was an amazing spot for a tourist. The rooms were nice, products were great (coffee, shampoo, lotion, bodywash, etc.) and all around a great place to stay. The staff were very nice and attentive. The little cupcakes at check-in? Oh yeah... It is in the middle of EVERYTHING. Perfect for a... More

I booked this hotel last week, literally the night before I was traveling to Seatlle, I was impressed that they had the availability in the room I wanted, and how reasonable the price was, originally I booked only one night, but ended up staying a second night. The location is literally in the middle of downtown just off the main... More

I have stayed at hotel five on 3 trips in the last 6 months. This is usually the lowest priced mid range hotel in downtown. If you can find the 3rd night free promotion it's the best deal in town for a mid range hotel. I will be back with the 3rd night free promotion. Pros: close to everything downtown,... More

I stayed at this hotel with my husband for a couple nights back in November. The pros: rate was good (booked on-line at hotel website), location was in Belltown (next to Top Pot Donuts and easy walking to downtown Seattle) and hotel and my room was nicely renovated. Note that the hotel is renovated, not new. As such, there are... More

My stay at Hotel Five was flawless -- from the front desk service (with a smile), to the room amenities (including free bottled water, high quality in-room coffee, superior body wash, shampoo etc, free wifi), to the location (within walking distance of everywhere I needed to go). I have nothing to offer the hotel in terms of advice on making... More

Our stay here was over four nights at an average rate of $104/night, including tax (booked direct on the Hotel's website). This was our 19th hotel stay in around 14 weeks of travel across North America. Overall: A comfortable, modern room, close to Seattle restaurants in Belltown, with a little noise. Probably best for those wanting just a few nights... More

This is a great hotel with everything you need for a great price. Rooms are really spacious and very clean. The hotel is also very 'funky' the decor and furniture is very retro. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also great, everything is within walking distance. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Seattle. We stayed for 3... More

We just returned from a two night stay at Hotel Five. We stayed for two nights arriving on November 4th and departing on November 6th. While I would recommend the hotel in the end, there were a few concerns and criticisms I had, which I will address here. I think the hotel has a lot going for it and the... More

Thank you so much for your detailed review of your stay (and the reservation process). Details like the ones you provided will help us, as you intended, to perfect our systems, verbiage and communication to our guests! Thank you for taking the time to do that. We are very concerned with the lack of consistency in our cleanliness and will... More

Stayed 3 nights this September. Pretty convenient location. Right by Top Pot Donuts and a bunch of other restaurants. Done up pretty differently compared to your run of the mill hotels. It was a nice stay overall. Rooms were nice and the bathrooms were pretty cool. Toilet area is kinda dark though. One nice surprise was the fact that you... More

We visited Seattle for a long weekend and the first night we were there our car was broken into in their parking garage. While this could have been a very negative situation the extremely helpful staff and hotel manager went above and beyond. Setting up the appointment to get our car window replaced as a storm was coming in. He... More
