Beautiful facility and location but the employee are very nasty. The only one nice was the concierge guy. He was very helpful and professional. I was so excited to stay at the W but never again. The employee have an actitud.

I stayed with my girlfriend over her birthday and can't say enough about the property and staff. They treated us like royalty thanks to Eric Palabay. He worked with me to ensure the lady was constantly getting pleasant surprises. Really, great hotel and great staff. Thanks again.

We stayed here for just one night but it was worth it. Twin Room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The amenities were lovely and the beds nice and soft :) Good location with a beautiful decor. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful.

Good location. Good hotel. Elevators a bit slow and don't read the card key very well (a lot of people had that problem). Overall a good experience. It is becoming one of the more dated W hotels in the chair, but I'd stay there again. Front desk staff was great!

Booked on a special offer and it was a great 2 nights in this stylish and comfortable hotel. Happy hour drinks in the bar were great value. Clean rooms and friendly service. Would certainly recommend as it's in a great location too
