We stayed here 3 nights on weekend. The location is good. You can walk most spots or get on light rail. There are other options equally as good though. The hotel is VERY big and commercial. Definitely geared towards business folks. They did give us a great view of the sound. But that was the extent of our good service.... More

PLUSES: This hotel was a wonderful place to stay, It is perfectly located in downtown Seattle and is a short walk from the Pike Place Market. Room was clean and the view of Seattle was awesome, we upgraded at check-in for a high room and we were not disappointed ($10). The room actually looked just like the picture on their... More

Only after boarding a flight to Atlanta did I realize I left my iPad in the room! The front desk manager, Josh, was waiting for my call, overnighted it to me the next day. Nuff said. They are always courteous and professional to the nth degree! Thanks guys.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the concierge particularly was amazing. This is the perfect location; there are several great restaurants nearby and is walking distance to Pikes Place etc. The balcony windows do not open whch was disappointing but the view was good. The only real complaint we had was the mini bar where all the items are... More

Positives: the round towers enable all rooms to have good views; good location Negatives:. First they couldn't locate my reservation then one day the wake up call system didn't work. Luckily I set a backup on my ipad otherwise I would have missed my flight. Desk attendant said they sometimes have trouble with 5am wakeup calls. Hotel is nothing to... More

No wifi in the rooms. They charge a $10 fee for in room wifi, but offer it without a charge in the lobby-which seemed strange. AND they charge to use the mini fridge. Which apparently is weighted, so they will know if you put your own beverages in there. The sheets were crunchy. Ick.

Well I have stayed there 3 times... this last time, not so great. May 11th 2013, The alarm clock went off at 6:30am, we could not get it to stop, pressed so many buttons.... finally after trying to get the battery out with a knife it went off. Then turned off the light switch and the knob flew off so... More

This is one of four hotels I stay in when in Seattle. The rooms are decent sized but somewhat odd shaped because of the circular layout. Walls are a little thin and sometimes the folks next door are audible. Like their conversations are audible, word for word. Restaurants are nothing to scream about. Room service is fair and fast enough... More

Staying on a family rate, but still did not expect to wait 40 minutes for a room service menu. Is this what to expect for our whole weekend? I had to call the desk 3 times.... I'm writing this review as I continue to wait. We initially called at 10:45pm it's now 11:29pm....

Had a great stay at the Westin in Seattle. Great people, great service, great view! You can walk to Pike Place Market from the hotel, but find out how to get to the pier before going off on your own. It is easy to do once you have directions.
