Stayed in the Hilton for three nights while visiting Boeing on a business trip. The hotel has no grand entrance like the stunning Olympia across the road but everything else about the hotel is very up to standard. Rooms are nice, in room coffee machines rock as do the Lavazza coffee the hotel provides. The windows can also open -... More

This hotel is in an amazing location - right off the highway and steps away from all the restaurants and shopping of downtown. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant upstairs has stunning views of the skyline and water. With that said, this hotel needs updating pretty badly. The furnishings date from the '80's - think fake cherry... More

Late Check In / King Bed booked two months in advance resulted in two full size beds in a room in severe disrepair. At check in, clerk had a mouthful of food and was fairly apologetic for his lack of professionalism. When we requested a different room, no help was available. We walked to the Fairmont two blocks away and... More

Good thing, rooms are fairly quiet. You can hear an occasional door shutting at times though. Staff was nice and worked on some requests I asked. Gold star for them. As for other aspects, rooms are on the smaller side and the bathroom is a glorified dumb waiter space. Unless you score a room on the 28th floor, views are... More

This hotel is in close proximity to the convention center. It is a bit unusual as you have to take an elevator to get to the lobby. Thus it has hardly any street presence. I was given a room with a rather ugly view of a large expanse of roof, but I could see a bit of view through two... More

Been a "Hilton Honors" member for over 10 years; am at Silver status and despite loyalty to the chain, recent experiences have not been favorable. This time around, although the hotel had a great number of vacancies, we were placed in a room next to the ice machine which kept us awake all night. When I questioned the room configuration,... Stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. It's located right downtown, close enough that you can walk just about anywhere you want to go (Pikes Place Market, restaurants, clubs, bars, Capitol Hill, etc). The fees for parking and internet are a little high, but overall I'd still recommend this place. The staff is very friendly and professional. Nice breakfast... More

Staying at this hotel is best for quick stopovers. The foyer, rooms and restaurants are very dated. It felt like stepping back into 1975. Staff are friendly and location good for central Seattle. Beds comfortable. Very basic considering the rates.

This Hilton was not one of the better ones I have stayed in. The bathroom accommodations were much too small. One could barely turn around in it. The location was okay, although there is no driveway to be let out in thus making it inconvenient when exiting a car or taxi in addition to having to carry luggage up steps.

The hotel is in a nice location, check in was smooth, and the waitress in the downstairs bar area was excellent. The whole hotel, though seems to need an upgrade. The hallways and rooms are quite narrow. The hallway carpets have a musty smell, but the room was clean. There is a nice restaurant on the top with wonderful views,... More
