This hotel is in a older building across the street from the Seattle Public Library. There is a Seattle's Best Coffee shop inside the hotel which is great. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. This is a nice place to stay at downtown Seattle. We were treated very well by the staff especially Stanley our bellman, and Andrea at the reception desk were. they even brought out water bottles to us and our kids knowing we were headed on a 5 hour road trip. Very thoughtful!!! More

Friendly staff and nice size rooms but the building is a little run down. Also the lobby and other street level access is not wheelchair accessible from the elevator.
