My wife and I were going to take a cruise to Alaska. I researched hotels and decided to book at the Moore hotel. I'm so very glad we stayed here, it was a great value and located within walking distance to Pike market, the needle, and the under ground city tour. There is also a great coffee shop next door... But not the nicest hotel in town. It was very old fashioned and noises could be heard easily. All in all, it served the purpose of being a nice place to sleep and then walk three blocks to Pike's on the waterfront.

Super convenient location, felt very safe there travelling alone. Not a huge room but extremely clean and nicely fit out. The room was quiet, I had a variety of different channels to watch on my television (good because I was staying in at night rather than being out on the town alone midweek), the staff were so, so, so lovely... Very convenient location within an easy walk of the Public Market and the dining and clubs of Belltown. In a city center where rates generally start at $250, the Moore at either side of $100 is an absolute STEAL! It's a beautiful historic hotel with high ceilings, solid walls, and very attractive decor. It's a bit austere, but perhaps that's... More

Clean enough hotel with a very "classic" feel to it. If you are looking for a really nice hotel with all the amenities (wall outlets, air conditioning, etc.), then this is NOT the place for you. However, if you are looking for a solid hotel, clean room, clean bed, right down town at a good price, and don't mind having... More

We stayed at the Moore for three nights and found our accommodations fine. We hit a May heat wave in Seattle so spent most of our time out exploring the city. We had a queen room with private bath. The room was a decent size with a large closet and the bathroom was adequate. Our view was a brick wall,... More

For a cheap and clean hotel 5 minutes walk from Pike Place, this is it. I have been returning here for nine years on my annual visit and it suits me fine, clean sheets and a comfortable bed. There are no mini bars, room service or even flat screen TV's, but who wants to sit in a room when Seattle... More

I wanted to love this hotel, but it simply gets some of the little things wrong. Great location: a block or two from the Pike Place Market; near to the Monorail (great for exploring the Space Needle and surrounds); on a good street; reasonably close to the Victoria Clipper ferry; etc. Great aesthetics, this hotel presumably has quite a history,... This place has character - I would definitely go again. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. It was clean and good value. The location was great - I was at a conference at the Convention Centre and easily walked there each morning. It is also close to the market, and a short walk from Pioneer Square. They do... More

I absolutely loved the five days I spent in Seattle and staying at the Moore Hotel was an excellent choice. The room and bathroom were very spacious for three adults and a nine year old and very clean. The heating in our room was fine, it did get cooler at night but I prefer that (we stayed in December). The... More
