Near everything,brilliant staff,food the best we've ever tasted,sauna was a little tranquil piece of heaven.heated boot room,bus stop just outside hotel for all ski resorts. Drinks till late, smoke at bar, local information to hand, nice looking hotel.

Just back from a week in Kaprun, Austria. Stayed at the Hotel Gasthof Mitteregger. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The quality of food was generally excellent. Recommend the Cream of Garlic soup. The recepitionist was very cheery and always had a lovely manner.
