This hotel is located near the convention center and sits on the banks of the river. The lobby has a large bar area and several shops - you need to go to the 2nd floor for check-in. Always friendly New Orleans hospitality and good food & drinks! Highly recommend.

Executive floor with a Mississippi River view can't be beat. 10 minute walk to Bourbon Street, 15 minute river walk to Jackson Square, 5 minute walk to Convention Center. Walking distance to incredible 5 star restaurants, famous Charbroiled Oysters at Dragos in the hotel.

Stayed here with my husband for his business meeting. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is great; within walking distance of French Quarter and Riverwalk is right here. Starbucks on lobby level and the charbroiled oysters at Drago's on the ground level are a must.

Was traveling with a friend who was in New Orleans on business. Since her company was paying for the room I paid to upgrade to Executive status (at $50/night).
