staff wasn't that friendly at first,but did accommodate me when I was not pleased with my room. she gladly gave me another one. she wasnt to friendly to a couple of foreigners. they had trouble understanding her and she seemed short with them. sink was very slow to drain. tv remote didn't work. had to sit close to the tv.... The service was great. We had a big, big cockroach with wings, horrible experience but the service desk helped as much as they could. That was appreciated.
