A great weekend in New Orleans thanks to staying at such a wonderful hotel. The Royal Sonesta simply has it all...great location, comfortable beautiful rooms, classy foyer and outside area, dining, and exemplary service.

Returned to the Royal Sonesta during jazzfest despite last years disappointment. This years experience could not have been more enjoyable. Our group, consisting of four girlfriends, stayed at the Royal Sonesta May 16-19, 2013. This hotel is beautiful and the staff is great. It's traditional decor, very clean, very comfortable. We had a great experience at the Royal Sonesta. I can't say enough about the staff and the location is right in the heart of the Bourbon Street action. If you are on Bourbon Street (even without the balcony), keep in mind that it will be LOUD until at least dawn breaks.

In the center of the famous and crazy French Quarter the Royal Sonesta is a grand old hotel. Very traditional with the nicest, most accommodating staff one could ever encounter. The staff at Royal Sonesta in Nawlain's helped make our 53rd wedding anniversary spectacular. "We'll be back". They worked hard to get us checked in early, upgraded us to a suite and took care of our every need. We ate at he Revolution Restaurant, PJ's Coffee Bar and the "Desire" Oyster Bar. All excellent.
