This hotel provided a very nice stay. I am not often comfortable in a hotel room, but found this one to be completely clean & pleasant. I actually slept well which doesn't usually happen in hotels. Staff was friendly & helpful, decor was warm & inviting & breakfast was ample. I would stay again & would recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel is clean and friendly. We had problems with our reservation length of stay two times while there and had to make front desk trips to clear problem up. 2nd time back and we were not disappointed. A real southern gem, closer to a full-service resort but with far better value for the money relative to competing hotel chains and properties in the area. Very secure and well located with easy access to all.

Loved everything about our stay here!! Our suite was gorgeous and clean! I strongly recommend staying on the warehouse side. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Can't wait to go back!!!

The staff was all so pleasant and helpful. We were on the top floor and the view of the city was nice. The room was clean and comfy and the breakfast for good. It was an easy walk to the Convention center and to take the street car down to the French Quarter.
