Right in the heart of the French Quarter, situation couldn't be better. Rooms spacious, very clean. Staff very friendly, and extremely helpful. Just 5 minute walk to Bourbon St. and a great selection of bars and restaurants. Concierge organised all the trips we wanted, recommending some very good ones.

Hotel is located only a block away from Bourbon Street and all its associated activities. Also very close to the Mississippi River & paddle steamer. The lunch cruise on this was the main highlight for us in New Orleans. Staff were helpful & friendly, hotel is cosy but getting tired.

Would go back and would recommend to friends so can't say much more than that. Staff were both efficient and friendly. Pool area is great, especially if not too busy. Location is excellent if there as a tourist.
