Disappointed in stay. Rooms were clean, but Suites names is misleading since it's just 4 walls and a bed. I am usually skeptic about hotels in antique areas like Hot Springs. This hotel is beautiful inside and outside. Our room was great and ready upon arrival. The staff was great with directions to sites. The breakfast was good and had variety. I would definitely return! More

Had a great stay, the whirlpool was just what I needed after about 8 hours in the car. The pool is heated and quite refreshing after the whirlpool. The beds were comfy and somewhat firm. Everyone was helpful, and cheerful. Just a short drive up route 7 to downtown. More
