GREAT VALUE! I stayed here Thanksgiving Weekend, 2011. I received a great rate and a clean, comfortable room. Front Desk Clerks Kelly and “Chrys” (sic.) are EXTREMELY HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE of Hot Springs. There recommendations, directions, maps, and advice are accurate and can be trusted. We have stayed at this hotel 1/2 dozen times over past couple years. Had a reservation for 4/15/2011, canceled a week prior got confermation #, told no charge.
