“Excellent once again!”

After 2.5 years, we were back and so pleased to see excellence remains a constant! We were in a Queen Studio Suite (unfortunately no upgrade for Priority membership) whereas last time we were in a 1 bedroom suite. There is a difference in size but this was still a good stay. “Nice get away”

This was a great place to stay! It was very clean and modern. The walk in shower was amazing! We also enjoyed swimming in the indoor heated pool in February. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Hot Springs

Clean nice hotel.Social reception Tues-Thurs,we stay on a Wednesday and were served Bratwurst,hamburger,chips,cookies and drinks( free).Breakfast (free) was good,biscuits and gravy,sausage,bacon,eggs,cereal,muffins toast, fruit,yogurt waffles and juices.Room has a small kitchen with a refrigerator,cooktop and mircowave,a living room with seperate bedroom.Hair dryer in bathroom.Room was $116.99 we felt like this was a good price for the room.Only complaint was they needed... “Great stay”

Visited hotsprings on a business trip and found this hotel beyond my expectation.Very good rooms on a lake ,very good sevice and excellent breakfast. Definately I wll stay at this place only whenever I am coming to Hotsprings. Douglas

“Beautiful and clean....not organized/spotty maid service”

This is a beautiful property. great amenities....indoor pool, good breakfast, large rooms, fireplace in the lobby, etc. However, we had no maid service the first day and the second day they made one bed, took trash out, new towels, did dishes-- but the toilets were not cleaned, tables dirty, not vacuumed, 2 of 3 beds not made.
