Stayed 7 nights in deluxe garden bungalow (room 10c) great size room although bathroom was extremely small. Staff were friendly, cleaner of our room was great. pros: staff were lovely and friendly, breakfast was good each morning, Japanese tepanyaki experience was great fun, location is great. This hotel, despite it's great position is not one I would stay in again. Reception staff need further training. Other staff are competent but not overly friendly.
