As far as the villas are beautiful themselves - the bathroom needs renovation. Not the best customer service. There's a language barrier. In 4 days we did not have filled out mini bar. I was expecting better service out of 5 star hotel. To me - its a 4 star max. Very nice housekeeping service and Scratch food.

6 bed villa was beautiful. Breakfast at new restaurant came free with room and was excellent from new restaurant Scratch - delicious! Some language barriers with service but they did everything to make our stay comfortable. Cleaned and made up rooms everyday and any issues were attended to quickly. Was within walking distance to all of Seminyak. :)

Villas were clean and luxurious - in heavy rain we had some slight leakage through the windows, but on the whole the setting was idyllic and peaceful. Located close to the busy street of Seminiak, the villas are just the best place for a long weekend with friends. Private pool, nice room, outdoor bathroom... Service isn't the best tho, but the place really worth it.
