The lady was very rude in the two encounters we had. The hotel is centrally located, which is great. The room is okay for the price. But next time I would rather pay more to stay at a better quality hotel to be treated right.

the rates are great. the rooms were clean. the location is ideal for walking to everything in gatlinburg. the desk clerk was very nice. the free breakfast was great. the beds were extremely comfortable. overall it was a great experience.
