I really enjoyed staying at Sidney James Mountain Lodge the view off the balcony was awesome. The patio where you grill was great we did some grilling there. Ireally enjoyed the swimming area also. We will be staying there again. the staff was very nice ESPECIALLY Melissa she was GREAT!!!!!

We had a very nice room with a small balcony overlooking the stream that runs behind the lodge. We didn't use the pool, or make use of the restaurant so can't help with those. We would definitely go back and/or recommend the Lodge, as a matter of fact we already have!

This hotel was great. The room we had was super clean and very well maintaned. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The greeted us every time we walked by the desk. Excellent front counter service, room service was great, the internet service was intermittent, prices very fair. We loved the creek side rooms, thank you for a positive experience Sydney James. We would recommend the Sidney James Mountain Lodge to anyone.

I loved it!! Beautiful creek side room, very good rates, walking distance to everything! I would stay here every time. Wonderful swimming area- hot tub area, fitness rm. I enjoyed my visit to gatlinburg so much and this hotel was a big part of it!
