We got the room on the right side of the leasing office with the jacuzzi tub. The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. No it's no the most update but for the price and location it was perfect!! Again the location is perfect to walk everywhere!

We stayed here in Dec.for my sons birthday. Been in this room before. It needs somethings fixed. Water runs in bathtub and never stops and floor is water logged. The wifi sucks had to connect another motel. It would hookup but keep getting DSL message. But is in great spot if you going to be in Gatlinburg alot.

room 126 found springs poking through mattress, and left over food in frig. told front desk and got an answer of knowone else has complained. was planning on a stay of 3 days but left after the answer to room problems
