This charming Bed and Breakfast is right next to the lake. Open the window and listen to the waves crashing below. Intoxicating! Ron Wise, the innkeeper is warm and delightful, and his breakfast superb. Just barely out of town so you are close to the art and foods of Grand Marais. Highly recommend!

Nature lovers take note! This place has inspiring views of Lake Superior and the yard has lovely evergreens. We saw deer tracks in the snow. You feel "out in the country" but you're only 3 minutes from the restaurants & art galleries of Grand Marais, only 5 minutes from the cross-country ski trails (hiking if you go in the summer)...

The innkeeper Ron aptly describes this place as more like Grandma's house than an oppulent B&B. If that's your speed, you've just found one of the best places in Grand Marais to unwind.
