The hotel is located in an industrial area. There are a few residential buildings, but not much goes on after 6:00 pm. The parking sucks!!! There are 16 narrow spaces for the entire hotel. Good location (5mins by foot from Atlantic avenue), very nice staff, clean...perfect to stay one week to visit new york and brooklyn.
