This is definitely an older hotel in a somewhat sketchy part of town. It's off-putting when the clerk is behind glass -- seems unfriendly from the start. Somewhat difficult to get into the hotel from the street. Everything is old and in some state of disrepair.

Room was clean. Few spots on floor but not gross. Walls were clean. Bathroom and appliances were clean. Room was stocked with towels and such. Not much to complain about. The staff was understanding after my horrible experience across the street at days in he allowed me to check the room before paying
