I came to fredricksburg to run the historic half marathon. When I arrived at the hotel for check in the man behind the desk gave me a bag full of things to help my run ( water snacks and Gatorade) I thought that was so nice! The rooms were very nice and clean. I would stay here again

We stopped on our way back from Charleston, S.C. just for a quick overnight, and this was perfectly located. Our room was quiet and comfortable with refrigerator and microwave. There was a buffet breakfast at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The hotel allows dogs and is right at an exit off of I 95.

Stayed there with hubby in a pet-friendly, non-smoking room. Lobby was nice, but rest of place looks quite dated. Our "non-smoking" room was situated between occupied smoking rooms, which made it offensive coming and going. First impressions were bad. Walking into the lobby to check-in, the smoke from the nightclub was heavy, making it hard to get a clean breath. Stayed here on our way to FLA from RI our first night. Desk people fast, friendly and helpful. Room clean and regular size with an area outside for doggie walking. Strong shower spray which I love!! Don't be deceived by the "Indoor" Pool Pictures. They have basically erected a plastic greenhouse around an outdoor pool.
