Hotel staff very friendly! Went out of their way to tell about nearby restaurants and gave us a printed sheet telling about them. Beautiful lobby! Had dinner in the bar and it was very pleasant. The waitress was very nice. Bartender could work on her people skills

Have been here several times, and the staff is always so friendly and accomedating. Well I do have to say the bartender in the bar was a bit rude. Everything is always clean and the beds are pretty comfy.

I stayed for one night on business. I find Courtyard consist and reliable. Rooms are clean, well apointed, comfortable, breakfast.This particular hotel seems new, well maintained with an indoor pool, fitness center. Courtyard offers complimentary computers/internet access. I'm not sure what the other options are in Ft. Smith as this hotel was selected for me.
