This place was awesome. The view of the water from my suite, great. The restaurant onsite (Ruth Chris) awesome. The room itself was fantastic. I will definitely stay here every time I go to Jacksonville. The hotel lobby and the front desk people were great. A definite stay again.

Recently stayed at hotel for a getaway weekend with husband. From check-in to check-out staff were friendly and helpful. Suite was very clean and comfortable and view from balconies of river was beautiful, especially at night.
