“Very Clean and Close to UNF”

The entire hotel looked and smelled brand new. The rooms were very clean and internet was fast and reliable. Great breakfast in the morning and convenient "to-go breakfast bags" for our pre-college students who didn't get up in time to enjoy the hot breakfast. About 5 minutes from UNF and the hotel offered a great UNF rate.

Very good place to stay but don't plan on eating there. Room was very clean and bed was great. easy access to hotel fast check in and fast check out. Overall very good just bad complementary breakfast.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Our suite was the largest of any hotel we've experienced. Very clean and comfortable with a friendly and helpful staff. They offered a nice teacher discount. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely choose this exact location again if we needed to stay in the area in the future.

My stay of Apr 26/27/2013 was not up to Hampton Inn standards. The bed was not made nor the room serviced 4-27, with the exception of the waste basket being emptied.
