Great location near historic district and Chestnut Street shopping. Clean, tastefully decorated, well appointed, quiet room though a long haul from the elevators. Large fitness center. Parking was too expensive.

It depends on where you want to stay in the city, but I liked the walkability of hotel. It is close to many restaurants and old city attractions. There was a clean room (comfy bed, nice coffee), nice indoor pool,valet parking, and nice size lounge on the first floor. The prices are comparable to the area. The staff was professional.

We stayed just one night for a wedding being held in Northern Liberties. Given the hotel's location in Society Hill (Olde City) it was the most convenient location. We are also Starwood members and booked using points. Check in was easy. The room was sufficient and clean. Checkout was equally simple. All-in-all a very nice short stay.

The Sheraton Society Hill exceeded expectations in providing a setting quite apart from the bustle of the inner city. The setting was garden-like and quite enjoyable. The staff was accommodating in every way, and went out of their way to be helpful.

We were going to a business dinner in Society Hill and our hosts booked us into the Sheraton. It is in the historic district, meaning that the road to approach it is made of cobblestones which apparently were used as ballast for ships sailing from Europe.
