Wife and I went for a weekend getaway from Lancaster. We always love to stay at the FS Philly and this was our 5th or 6th stay in the last 3-4 years. Check in, bell service, concierge (Patty) and service were all terrific. Dined at the Fountain Restaurant which was superb. Server Gabriel was terrific. Female maitre d was poorly...

This is a Four Seasons - what else do I need to say. Service is excellent. I love the Swann Lounge where you are pampered without deserving it. Phildelphia is not a particularly beautiful place but this location is excellent, overlooking Logan Circle and the library with the museum and excellent restaurants all close by. This is a great hotel...

Had a good stay at the Four Seasons in Philly. I came down for the auto show and could walk to the convention center, its also within walking distance of several museums. The bar staff was knowledgeable and friendly making for a good night.

Of course you have to pay for wi-fi, which I never like to have to do, but a lot of that is market driven. Same...

I stayed at the Four Seasons recently. Like every hotel in the chain the customer service is exceptional. The rooms are a bit smaller than most Four Seasons as are the bathrooms. Bedding and furniture is first rate.
I don't understand the lack of wireless in the rooms. In this day and age where $50 per night hotels offer wifi...

My wife and I drove up to Philadelphia for an overnight stay to enjoy the city in late December and decided (after staying at the Ritz-Carlton two years ago) to check out the Four Seasons. After reading many reviews online, Trip Advisor, Frommers, etc. we decided to book and we were both excited about enjoying Philly and the Four Seasons...
