“Impressed second time around”

We stayed here 2 years ago when our grandson was born at UPenn. This time we stayed to attend a wedding. What wonderful improvements! The staff were attentive and very friendly. “Needs refurbishing”

This facility is worn and in definite need of refurbishing. Carpet in room was stained and appeared dirty. The furniture has been well used. Was difficult to adjust room temperature for comfort. I would not stay in this hotel again. The location is great for Penn and Drexel but there are other hotels nearby.

“Location, good; worn hotel”

Great location for UofPenn, however the facility is worn with deferred maintenance...limited room service...need to enhance inter-room noise reduction...staff very pleasant...I expected much more from a Sheraton facility

I stayed two nights for business travel. The hotel is very close to Penn and convenient to many shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. If it is the location you are after, the Sheraton university city cannot be beat in terms of its proximity to upenn or Drexel.
