We stayed here for a weekend visit to University of Dayton. The room was great, very comfortable, clean, even a great view of the river on a sunny day! Free internet with no password required was a pleasant surprise. Free parking and even were able to park close to the door all weekend!

Got a first floor room at end of hallway and was a bit concerned but the sounds of the athletic teams staying there the same night were never heard.
