When we arrived we had to wait an hour after check-in for our room to be ready. Since there was several others from our party there we checked their rooms out. The carpets were dirty, beds uncomfortable and old, sheets were dirty, and old food in the fridge. When we got our room key we checked our room out, the...

I have no idea what happened to this place, but believe me when I say its truly one of El Pasos most embarrassing hotels, it took over 8 tries to find a room with a working tv, working a/c, drawers that were not broken, beds that were not broken want me to go on???????? The whole area smelled, the "pool"...

The room and bedding is my opinion is better than before, and now there is wireless internet throughtout the hotel for me to use,...

My wife and I decided to attend the buffet on Easter, never having been there. We have been near there at different times driving around the medical buildings but we had never eaten there. We seen their advertisement in the El Paso Times about their Easter Buffet. We decided to try it so my wife called up and made reservations. Did...

I recently (August 2002) had the misfortune of staying at the Cliff Inn in El Paso, Texas. While the furnishings in the lobby are lovely, the rooms are terrible. I know this because I kept requesting a different room and actually moved to three different rooms before finding one that was barely adequate. The beds (King) were absolutely the most...
