Some staff were really helpful, others not so much. The hotel is good for the money in a great location bang opposite grand central station so perfect for getting around but most places within walking distance. The room was boiling hot and barely cooled off with the window open; the walls are thin and the couple next door was loud; only the price was good. Wouldn't want to stay here again. More
