My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights on the eleventh floor. We had a queen size bed with a smaller bunk-type bed in the alcove of the same room. The bath was clean. I doubt there was a better view of Central Park anywhere. But, the thing that makes this hotel different is the personnel. Each... More

We stayed at this hotel for five nights and left it yesterday 16th May. The room was on the 9th floor with amazing views of the park and area, the carpet had seen better days but the room was clean and spacious (901) with basic furnishings, it had a balcony and bathroom and the bathroom was spotless, the room was... We stayed here for four nights and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it is! The rooms are fairly small but there's enough room to put your stuff and for a quick trip to NYC you don't get chance to spend a lot of time in the room. My only slight niggle about the place was the speed of the... More

i found this place on hotels.com. with its great location (just west of central park, at the north west corner), and private bath, its price is unbeatable. it is located only a block away from subway station (take B or C line to downtown, note that B only runs on weekdays) and M10 bus right in front of the door.... very nice hotel for the prices they offer. You will see central park as soon as you get out of the hotel. It is a bit far to downtown Manhattan but not too far to the Empire State Building and to Time Square.

We stayed here for five nights and were very pleasantly surprized by pretty much everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly, polite, kind and helpful. Our room was larger than I expected, having heard that NYC hotel rooms were quite small. The best part of our room was the balcony.Such a treat, we just lucked out there. The... More

I stayed her for 6 nights with family and was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised!! The hotel was clean, staff were extremely friendly and location was good (although quite far when you were carrying your own body weight in shopping!!). We got an excellent price on this hotel and so we weren't... More

Stayed for 6 nights with my sister and mother. Having read reviews on trip advisor, I was quite cautious but it was really lovely. The staff were so nice! Very helpful!! Room was always clean. Bathroom was spotless all the time. Nothing bad to say, except after all day shopping it was a bit of a trek back to the... More

Got a really good deal, staff friendly and helpful, room was bit run down and just looked shabby. Subway just down the block and Central Park is literally seconds away. Would not stay again as have reached the age where like things to be a bit of a higher standard! But if your young and on a tight budget it... More

It was an option to stay in NY - cheap and location. But It needs a remodeling. The room not clean, the floor is dirty and irregular, I feel like a drunk walking in the room. The price was good but I 'm not come back to this hotel. Sorry. I was on room number 414.
