Fantastic hotel, brilliant, friendly and helpful staff. We had a wonderful stay at this very centrally located hotel. Beds were super comfortable and the room was large for new York. Kelly on reception was exceptionally helpful but all staff went the extra mile to help us organise our explorations/ return flights. We recieved complimentary wine & strawberries on our anniversary which was a lovely touch. We will definitely stay here again.
