I had an issue with my reservation and I called a customer service represtative for assistance. Due to the nature of the situation the rep elevated the matter to her supervisor and within minutes it was resolved. I was so impressed and pleased with their attentive service and willingness to resolve the issue.

This stay started out with a great doorman helping us to our room then as the week went on the valeted cars took more than 30mins to be pulled out and the front desk wasn't answering the phones. A bit disappointing since it started ao promising.
